If your curious on how I did Misty's hair it's pretty much the same as doing any pixel dolls hair except I use an overlay layer for the highlights. If you want to learn how to do pixel dolls I can give you some good websites. There are also awesome tutorials on DA as well.
I have a weakness for couples and romance! So I enjoyed the piece. The best thing tho is that it made you happy!
