MLP FIM Pegasus base 1

Here is a new MLP base for all you FIM fans out there! I figured I should update it ! More are coming soon!

I drew everything on this base. I used Flutter Shy as a reference. I would also like to see your finished piece if you do use my base!

You are allow to recolor this base. =_=; There are so many MLP colors that I would not be able to color them all by myself.

Hopefully I will be added some more extra features! Look out for my updates!
